I have been playing Blizzard games for over a decade now, and have recently been giving a week suspension which I don't even seem to be allowed to contest, let alone have any hope of getting repealed.
Blizzard simply don't give a flying rat's backside about their customers ever since they were taken over by the lizardpeople at Activision. Do not buy their products. Do not play their games. Boycott this company at every given opportunity.
Received smartass remark from worker there and they admitted that they make it hard for anyone locked out of their account deliberately so they cannot contact them, and they dont care about your frustration, need more info just ask me to show proof of the email sent to us. Unprofessional pen pusher on the other side, very rude, kept sending same message asking for info, we supplied all info, even know answer to secret question, the next file i will be sending wont be as pleasant as the last one, give them an eye full, the idiotsWhat a terrible site to navigate. No customer service, had not accessed my account for a long time, so could not sign in with authenticater as that mobile phone is no longer active. Trying to get through to these nuts and all i get is the generic email back of uploading my id. I have done this a couple of times now. I want to speak to someone, but cant seem to get to speak to anyone, what an unprofessional bunch of people. No more business from me thats for sure.

I've played WoW since 05'. Recently, Blizzard hit me w/ a 6 month "ban" for alleged cheating in-game. The truth of matter is, another player reported me. Blizzard claimed they did a through investigation and stated I was ban for, "botting". If Blizzard really did any investigation they would have realized, I had not been, "botting"! In addition, Blizzard would not refund money owed to me for prepaid subscriptions. Blizzard will not discuss any details of "alleged violations" with you and, are very swift to judgement. Maybe my game, "ban decree" was retaliation from Blizzard for a recent commentary "chat" remark I made about Blizzard being a very "WOKE" organization. Beware!
You can't possibly have access to the sorts of resources you have and still be this wildly incompetent and unreliable. What's worse is you actually charge money for some of these games? I will never, ever purchase another game associated with this garbage can of a company. Brand new PC, AWESOME ISP (honestly, who loves their ISP?!) and this is the ONLY thing that constantly glitches and costs me matches with friends. Constantly being dumped from servers while my internet and PC are running like clockwork. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I got the dark portal pass only for a friend and was going to refund it she said to wait a little loner and boosted then decided to quit and got hers refunded because she told them it was for groceries. i am stuck on a pvp server which i hate. and they refused to refund tbc classic when all i did was grind a level that was negative fun like pulling teeth, only been a week and under 10 hours, they stole my 70$ and since its bnet balance I can't use a credit card or paypal to charge back which they know is appropriate in this situation but are bait and switch about what the boost is money grubbing thieving a-holes. this is a warning to the few people who have not unsubbed from retail that this company has no soul in its development or pride and neither version of their game is worth playing anymore until they add content thats not rehashed
If I could give blizzard 0 stars I would. Their customer support is literally non existent which is insane because they are a multi-billion dollar company. They obviously do not care about helping you solve any technical issues even though every game they put out has serious issues after every update. Honestly I might just get all of my games refunded and never buy a blizzard game again. Go screw yourself blizzard
Their games are still decent but they have been doing so much wrong lately that i fear for their future... well for the future of games i love.
Let's us see what d2 remake brings to the table. Crossing my fingers it isn't another w3: reforged. - If it ends up being good (I hope) i'll come and leave a better review as well and support you by buying it.
I still haven't gave up on blizzard, but hard truths must be told.
These guys a the biggest scam, I brought Call Of Duty, a year later, they ban my account for no reason what so ever.
There reply as full of BS.

No phone number to call, just plain unacceptable. When you have issues that go beyond the standard answers in their self help escapades there is no way to contact a person directly. What a joke, my account got hacked, and a simple request like revert it back to my original email and let me change the password can't be completed without uploading a picture of a Gov. Issued ID? Get real, who do you think you are Blizzard? I'm your customer, not your secretary. I have been purchasing Blizzard games since the late 90s, guess what, never again.
We all know it's about the micro transactions these days- Blizzard would rather make some extra cash then build and respect their fan base.
Recently I ordered some goods from Blizzard Gear Store. When the things arrived (US -> Germany), everything was fine - except one book. It had a dent in the cover (-> photo). So I got in contact with their cutomers service for replacement.
A very friendly and capable "Fan Advocate" named Cristin took care of me and my problem. She managed to solve the problem within one day. After sending some emails back and forth - photos of the damage amongst other things - Cristin told me that I will get a replacement within one week. AND (now the 'surprising') they didn't want me, to send the damaged book back! This was the first time in my life that a company would act like this.
Meanwhile my new book arrived and it took less than a week... superfast. It does not matter, if it came from US or UK. Less than a week IS fast in this case.
Thank you again for your help and keep up the great work.
Bought an online game for $43 which turned out to be a dead game, could not find other players to play with, I asked for a refund and they claimed I had 5 hours of play time so they could not refund me. Which is not true. Those 5 hours i spent looking for a match, didnt play one game. Will never buy anything from this joke of a company again.
If the captain of the titanic had 1 year notice of the iceberg, and then intentionally steered into it, he still would have been better at his than the developers of this game company, that ruined both wc3 reforged and also did #nochanges in classic, so they could have their game masters doing no support to their payers. well played, well met, maybe you will not make same mistake with d2 reforged//tbc classic ?
Purchased a game while in Australia af6ter I previously opened a Battlenet account when residing in UAE and then I resided in Thailand now they are denying me access to the game I paid for!

It is very easy to contact Blizzards customer service. But they don't seem to value customer satisfaction at all
